Motsepe in a Fix: AFCON 2027 Under Threat Due to Host Trio’s Failure to Meet Standards
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) is reportedly considering the cancellation of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations, originally scheduled to be hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. This comes after the three nations appeared unable to fulfill their commitments or implement the technical requirements and global standards stipulated in the hosting agreement for the 2027 edition.
